Rules!

#1 Riders must wear helmet at all times of operation.

#2 Riders must obey all traffic laws

#3 Riders must provide valid I.D   

#4 Riders must be 18 years old or 14 years and older accompanied by parent or guardian.

#5 Riders must have prior bicycle/scooter experience and feel comfortable on a regular bike/scooter.

#6 No dirt trails. Electric bikes/scooter are to remain on paved paths and roads.

#7 No driving through water puddles or submerging the electric bikes/scooter.

#8 Electric bikes/scooter will be picked up and dropped off at same location.  

#9 Electric bike/scooter pick up time 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

#10 Electric bike/scooter must be returned by 5:00 pm (late fee's will apply).

#11 No racing or aggressive driving.

#12 Electric bikes/scooters must be locked at all times when unattended.

#13 No driving on main roads or highways.

#14 Must remain within Durango city limits.

#15 No riding doubles. Bikes/scooters are for only one rider.

#16 No texting and riding.
